How It Works
A simple, secure process designed to connect students with guidance counselors quickly and confidentially.
Login to Account
Your account is pre-registered by the admin. Simply login using your Student ID. If you don't have access, contact the guidance office.
Book Appointment
Choose your preferred counselor, select date/time, and submit your appointment request.
Get Confirmed
Your counselor reviews and confirms the appointment. You'll receive a notification with details.
Attend Session
Attend your scheduled session. Use messaging for follow-ups and additional support.
Your Privacy is Protected
All conversations and records are kept confidential. Only you and your assigned counselor have access to your session details. Administrators see only aggregated statistics for resource planning.
